Sri M. P. Chery was a multifaceted personality. He could be described as a pioneer, innovator, bold, humble visionary and industrialist. But, the most enduring of all, was his humility and ethical values. His numerous talents and genius was firmly grounded in abundant 'common sense'. His ability to find uncanny and simple solutions to complex issues and problems was his great strength.   

The awardee has to be an outstanding chemical engineer below 35 years of age doing PhD or completed PhD on or after July 2020 who will be required to make a presentation on any advanced topic of interest/ case study/ industrial achievement/ research experience. The award carries M.P. Chary Medal and a prize money of Rs. 10,000/-

Online Abstract Submission

Instruction before you submit Abstract

  • The first author (the name appearing first in abstract/ full paper) and the presenting author should be an undergraduate (BE/ B.Tech/ Dual Degree), student. The other authors can be UG, PG or Ph.D. students as well as faculty. However, all the participants who are willing to attend the conference need to register before the deadline mentioned. Certificates will be presented to each participant attending and registering for the conference. The paper should contain a title, author's name, affiliation, phone number and email-ID of the corresponding author and key highlights of the work.

  • The authors are requested to submit the abstract of original research work or a review work by downloading the Abstract template.

  • The submitted abstract will be reviewed by the conference technical experts and the request of camera-ready full paper will be made based on the acceptance of the abstract.

  • A code will be provided upon acceptance of each abstract. That code needs to be provided in all future communication made by the authors.

  • All the accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding. The format for full paper submission will be provided after the acceptance of the abstract.

  • Authors should go through the various track (technical session)

  • Max. 4 authors per paper are allowed.

  • You will not be able to edit the form once submitted.
